Frequently Asked Questions

If you are new to yoga, you may have some questions. For your convenience, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find what you’re looking for below, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

General

We ask all new students to register with us via a short form. Once you’re signed-up, just send us a message via the Classes page and we’ll get you booked in.

At Fusion Yoga and Wellness, we have mats you can borrow – these are cleaned after each class. If you wish to use your own, you’re more than welcome to do so.

Other than yourself, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle, most classes just require a mat. However, some classes may require other equipment like yoga blocks, straps, or bolsters. In this case, these will be provided for you unless you would like to bring your own.

Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. Yoga is normally practiced in bare feet.

We offer a range of classes at Fusion Yoga and Wellness, from beginners to intermediate. We also have different styles of yoga to choose from. If you’re unsure of which style is best for you, give us a call on 07931 353 067 – we would be happy to help?

We have two options to pay for classes:

  • Pay-as-you-go – £12 per class
  • 6-week block of classes – £60

Due to space limitations, we cannot permit walk-ins. Advance booking is required.

Safety

Yoga can be a great tool to reduce the risk of injury and can be used to help with recovery. If you have an injury it is always best to consult your doctor before participating in any physical activity. Please free to give us a call on 07931 353 067 if you have any questions.

At Fusion Yoga and Wellness we make sure all equipment is wiped down after use. We encourage anyone who has been in contact with someone who has or may have COVID-19 to wait until they’re testing negative before coming to a class.
