Beginner Hatha
In Sanskrit, “Ha” represents sun and “tha” represents moon, together resulting in a focused practice that brings balance, both physically and mentally.
Hatha yoga is usually a slower-paced practice where the poses (asanas) are held for a few breaths. Hatha yoga classes will include breathing techniques and meditation at the end.

Beginner Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga is a faster style of yoga which links your breathing and movement. The aim is one breath per movement.
In this beginner class, we will focus heavily on linking breath with movement to create a flow.
Fusion Flow
The first half of this class will be a more upbeat flow, working up a sweat and focussing on fluid movements.
The slower second half will calm the body down, holding asanas for longer so as to strengthen different muscle groups.

Fusion Pop Yoga
A faster and upbeat flow with yoga asanas choreographed to popular songs. We will start with a warm-up, preparing the body for a yoga practice that will get your heart pumping with transitions to the beat of the music.
Focussing on strength, cardio, and core; this class is definitely a fun one that will leave you sweating.
All abilities welcome.
Mum and Baby Yoga
Mums need a little time for themselves too, so we made a class that is aimed at the Mum’s yoga journey, not the baby’s.
It’s designed to get you back focussing on what you and your body needs, while your baby observes you doing the downward dog! Of course we’ll involve your little one too, however the focus is on you. Come give it a try, it’s a great way to meet other mums and stay active.

We offer private classes on a 1-2-1 basis as well as sessions for couples/friends to practice together.
